Our New Arrival..........Another Buch Cup!
The undergrads have been working hard over the past several years to get the house back to the standards of Sigma Phi Epsilon. And at this past summer's conclave that hard work was recognized with the awarding of a Buchanan Cup. The undergrads have excelled in recruitment, risk management and academics. And once again we stand on top of the fraternity world at Wichita State.
This past April, the men of KS ETA teamed up with Gamma Phi Beta to compete in the annual Hippodrome contest. It wasn't even close. The Sig Eps and Gamma Phi's walked away with first place in EVERY category. And Sig Ep's own Paul Rehm won best actor.

THE HOUSE CONTINUES TO GROW
As of Saturday, September 19, the house has singed 27 new members. Bringing the house total to 73.
"Our recruitment goals were very aggressive, but every single member of the chapter has chipped in and done their part to make this such a success," says Jaren Johnson, current chapter president. Recruitment strategies were a big part of this past years conclave and the house is working very diligently to implement those strategies. On September 28, the chapter will host the annual Balanced Man Scholarship dinner. Many members of the faculty and staff at WSU will be on hand to meet new members and potential recruits.
THE SPORTS TROPHY RESIDES AT 1740
Unlike Hippodrome, the sports effort this past year was more cumulative. While Sig Ep did not place first in a lot of events, we finished 1st or 2nd in nearly everything. And in a results oriented world, the result was the All Sports Trophy being won by KS ETA.
GRADES FALL JUST SHORT, BUT VERY RESPECTABLE
Grades are still being tallied for the Spring semester, but this past fall the chapter finished with 3.03 G.P.A. Good enough for second place.
